At Stacked Works, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Free from damage caused by the customer
- Returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, where applicable
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- The name of the item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item, if the item is damaged or defective
Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide appropriate return instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
